Order Cancellation Policy
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.
To cancel:

If your item has already been dispatched:
- You must return it at your own cost (unless free returns were offered).
- Use a reliable courier and keep proof of return (receipt or tracking).

We are not responsible for lost or delayed returns without proof.
Refunds:
- If the item hasn’t been sent: refund within 14 days of cancellation.
- If returned: refund within 14 days of receiving the item or proof of postage.
- Refunds go to the original payment method, with no fees.
Note: If the product is used, damaged, or incomplete, your refund may be reduced or refused.
